The Write Path on the Journey to Grief and Hope is my not only my story but my daughter's as well.  Madi passed away at age 25 after fighting two terminal diseases and enduring a double lung transplant.  I hope to share the rawness and pain as well as hope.  I am grateful that Madi recorded her own struggles and hopes in her journals and her own blog and I will share them for her.  Madi girl your story will never be over, it inspires so many people.  I love and miss you.
